DESKTOP CLAIMS INVESTIGATORS – HITCHIN AND PETERBOROUGH
Starting salary: £18,050 increasing to £20,600
Benefits: Contributory pension and Private Medical Insurance
Conducting fraud assessments on insurance claims using conversation management techniques and customer care to appropriately manage high risk claims. Insurance and / or investigation background is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

DIRECT RESPONSE TEAM - PETERBOROUGH ONLY
Starting salary: £13,650 increasing to £17,000
Benefits: Contributory pension and Private Medical Insurance
Providing support to the claims management unit taking inbound telephone enquiries, preparing and issuing letters to customers, inputting details of new claims on to the database, managing error and claim cover logs plus further administration duties such as scanning and dealing with inbound and outbound post. As you progress within the role you will be required to take on additional duties dealing with telephone enquiries, booking and scheduling appointments for investigation and supporting our Claims Investigators with their caseload. General administration experience and computer skills are essential.
