The VFM management team is made up of the senior personnel that implemented and refined the breakthrough conversation management process at Thomas Cook Financial Services, alongside senior managers with claims handling, investigation and training experience.
The senior management team have all been personally involved in solution design, the building of training courses and the selection of a skilled workforce which equips the team with an invaluable breadth of experience and expertise.

Bill Jackson
Bill
MA (Cantab), CEO
Bill is an ex-police officer who is responsible for founding VFM Services 2000. He is the original architect of the first conversation management fraud screening solution when he was employed by Thomas Cook as their Director of Investigation Services.  He instigated a root and branch review within their ailing Travellers Cheque operation and developed the process, now known as New ERA for the financial services industry. As company CEO with Managing Director duties he is responsible for strategic direction and future development.
Non-exec Director 
Lee is a retired Detective with 30 years service with Hertfordshire Constabulary. She has a wealth of investigative and criminal intelligence experience and provides ongoing consultancy and advice to the company concerning special investigations, forensic analysis and intelligence gathering.
Rick Mcculloch
Director
Rick was formally the Head of Thomas Cook's Investigation Department, and a lead figure in the design, implementation and refinement of the fraud screening process used on their Travellers Cheque claims. His experience in claims investigation and call centre operations is essential to VFM's development strategy and financial management.  He is also responsible for the company's business systems and legal & secretarial matters.

 
Director
Steve has over seven years claims management experience in the financial sector, servicing organisations within the UK's top 50 insurers list.  He is responsible for the operation front line, including internal product delivery and process development.  His expertise in effective claims handling processes and customer centric solutions is invaluable to the management of client relationships and the acquisition of new business.  To contact Steve please email info@vfm-services.com or call 08445 677 677.
Sally Griffiths
Director 
Sally played an integral part in the formation of VFM, previously working with claims at Thomas Cook where the first conversation management process was designed by VFM's CEO. Part of the design and development of the New ERA fraud screening solution she has extensive experience of applying conversation management techniques to the financial services industry.  Sally is responsible for VFM's training and consultancy division, product development, delivery and quality assurance.
 
Director 
Meera has a background in PR strategy and business communication, previously working with a number of well-known consumer brands. 
Supporting the CEO and operations team, she manages corporate coordination and planning, with specific responsibilities for the areas of HR policy, marketing, brand and company communications.
