DESKTOP CLAIMS INVESTIGATORS – HITCHIN AND PETERBOROUGH
Starting salary: £18,050 increasing to £20,600 PLUS on target earnings
Benefits: Contributory pension and Private Medical Insurance
Conducting fraud assessments on insurance claims using conversation management techniques and customer care to appropriately manage high risk claims. Insurance and / or investigation background is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Starting salary: £13,650 increasing to £15,550 PLUS on target earnings
Benefits: Contributory pension and Private Medical Insurance
Providing administration support to the claims management unit, dealing with inbound telephone enquiries, booking and scheduling of appointments and inputting case details on to our case management system. The ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner, good clerical skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
